Who is genn.tech?

I'm Dom Genn, and I've been fixing, building, and managing IT systems since before most people had broadband. Over 24+ years I've worked across Apple Authorised service, cloud infrastructure, MSP environments, and enterprise-scale Tier 3 helpdesk support.
